LXS adventure 1 PT3

'What to do, what to do' Lex thought to herself as she walked beside Scar.

She had to tell Scar soon or else Karnak would, although it would be easier to have someone else tell him she dident want Scar to think that she dident want to have a child together. In fact she felt more in love with Scar then she had been before she found out she was pregnet.

"Scar...."

Scar stopped in his tracks,

"Yes my love" Scar said as he turned around

"What would you say if...." Lex paused to watch Scar's reactions,

"...." Lex couldent spit it out

Scar saw that Lex was struggling to say somthing important.

"Lex.." Scar embraced Lex in his arms

"We are mates now, you can tell me anything. Especially if its about us" Scar gave Lex a kiss

Lex looked deeply into his eyes, she saw that he really did love her, with all of his heart...

'Or whatever they have' Lex thought as she continued to look in his eyes

"I know...." Lex sighed she had to tell him

"Scar, what would you say if....I wanted to have a child...With you" Lex turned her head away so they could release mandibles.

Scar paused, he never really thought about them having kids. Scar started thinking about him and Lex raising thier pup, it would bring them closer together. Scars heart swelled with excitment.

Scar placed a hand on her shoulder,

"I-I think its a wonderful idea..." Was all he could say

Lex was shocked, thats not at all what she had expected him to say

She thought Scar would point out all the bad stuff that could happen, and how since she was human she woldent know how to raise the child properly.

"R-Really...?" Lex stutterd

"O-Of course..." Scar sighed he had to confess somthing

"Lex, theres somthing I need to say that may shock you..." Scar started

'Oh god, did he know....how could he have known? What would he say? What would he....'

"Im supose to mate with as many females as possible..." Scar blurted out

'.... oh'

"...I-Im sorry I dident tell you, the blooded males need to mate with as many females as possible to assure the birth of children. But I dont want to do that...I just want to be with you...and only you." Scar pulled away from thier embrace

Would she hate him now?

"S-Scar..." Lex placed a hand on his shoulder and spun him around so she could look him straight in the eye.

"Im going to assume that its part of a ritual..."

"It is...Im so sorry.." Scar inturupted

Lex smiled,

"Dont be...Its not at fault, in fact it makes me love you even more knowing you could say that to me"

"Really..? Y-Your not mad" Scar asked

Lex shook her head,

Scar smiled and placed his hand where her cheek would be.

'Would Scar say the same things I just did if I told him...' Lex thought to herself

"Scar, I have to confess somthing too...."
